Recordings are available for 24 hours from the moment access is granted to the participant.
Due to documented instances of course material being shared without permission, we are implementing specific measures to minimize the risk of unauthorized distribution.
The format of the program is grounded in the principles of practice-oriented (non-formal) education, where seminars play a central role. They are based on live discussion, case analysis, and active participant engagement. The default availability of full recordings undermines the openness and involvement of participants during live seminars — an effect known from the Harvard method.
In our experience, when participants know that recordings will be readily available, they tend to disengage during the session, postponing active involvement. This affects the learning atmosphere, diminishes group dynamics, and reduces the overall effectiveness of live education (cf. A.G. Asmolov).
Additionally, seminars often involve the discussion of cases drawn from participants' personal or professional experiences. We are committed to maintaining trust and upholding the principles of confidentiality.
Seminars are conducted live online. Recordings are provided on a case-by-case basis (24-hour access) — only to participants who are unable to attend for a valid reason and have notified us in advance.
